At Umbrella Studios', our wedding photography service cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible, while also taking into account the time and resources that go into planning and preparing for a wedding.

In general, our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you decide to cancel your wedding photography services, the amount of refund given will depend on how far in advance of your wedding date it is done. If more than six months remain, you are entitled to a full refund; between three and six months, 50% refund; and less than three months before the wedding, no refunds will be issued. We understand that unforeseen events can occur and we will try our best to be flexible. However, this policy is in place so that we are fairly compensated for the time and resources invested into preparing for your event.
